Can I try Pinnix before paying?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, no card up front, and we’ll remind you a few days before it ends. Teams don’t have a separate trial, they’re billed per seat from day one, so try Pro first if you want a proper feel for it. Or start on the Free plan and stay there as long as you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Pro monthly cancels at the end of the current billing cycle, one click in your account settings. Pro annual and Team plans run on a 12-month term: cancel whenever you like and they simply don’t renew at the end of the year.
Do you offer student or low-income discounts?
Not at launch. We may introduce one later. If Pinnix is genuinely out of reach for you and you need it, email hello@pinnix.co.uk and let’s talk. We’d rather you had access than not.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Bank transfer for annual plans on request.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is an annual per-seat plan on a 12-month term: create a team, pick your seats, and pay per seat when you subscribe. From £18 a seat a month, dropping to £14 as your team grows. Each person keeps their own private board, and team leads only ever see privacy-safe aggregate insights.
Do prices include VAT?
The price shown is the total you pay. Pinnix is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
